The apartment has air conditioning in the living room, heating, high speed WIFI internet and TV. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, gas hob, oven and microwave. Towels, bed liners and hair dryer are included.
The building has a shared terrace overlooking Ciutadella Park and the city, elevator and washing machines and clothes dryer.
