This large and charming villa in Nerja with a private pool and a jacuzzi with capacity for 10 guests, is located within a 10,000 square meters plot with fruit trees. This is a very unique property due to its size and accessibility options.

Arrival to Villa El Crucero is via its large electric gates, giving access to a private parking area with enough space for 3 cars. all the property zones (except the apartment) are accesible via a ramp ideal for wheel chair users or infirm guests. This ramp surrounds the property and reaches up to the pool and BBQ areas. Inside the main building there is a small internal ramp from the dining room/kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The pool outside is h salt-water for a much better quality swim than standard chlorine pools. The large pool measures 10 meters x 4.8 meters with a depth of 1 meter at the shallow end and 1.9 meters at the deep end. There is also a jacuzzi (heated pool) / kids pool that can be heated to about 24 degrees in cold months. The outside area offers plenty of space including a bread oven, BBQ, seating area, toilet with shower and several sun beds.

The property is divided in the main building with 4 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, toilet, kitchen, dining room and living room. There is a separate apartment under the terrace area with the fifth bedroom (2 single beds), a bathroom with shower and a small tea-point area.
