Villa Marilen Petit is a charming independent villa, located on a very spacious and beautiful plot of land that offers a little bit of everything, from seclusion to serenity. However, inside it is easy to drive to the popular Puerto Pollensa, the historic old town of Pollensa and the charming old town of Alcudia.
It is built on one floor and has a fantastic setting. Recently built, Villa Marilen Petit is light and spacious, with charming wood-beamed ceilings and wooden shutters. Outside there is a fabulous pool with large steps that allow easy access for both young and old. Villa Marilen Petit is sure to exceed the expectations of anyone who wishes to spend their holidays on this exclusive northeastern coast of Mallorca.
To access the villa there is a path with two steps at the end of the road. The path from the villa to the pool is 2 meters wide, the land is flat and the pool has Roman steps to enter. The covered terrace has a step that goes down to the open terrace that goes up next to the pool. The pool has a small step around it. The living room is modernly furnished, with a beamed ceiling, as well as comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV, DVD player, satellite TV and some English channels.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, the first of which has a double bed, bathroom with shower, hot and cold air conditioning.
