Ideally located just 1 hour from the airports of both Malaga & Granada, the Villa is perfectly positioned for exploring the history, culture and natural beauty that Andalucía has in abundance. The world famous Alhambra Palace & Gardens of Granada, the Mezquita of Cordoba and the Cathedrals & Alcazar of Seville are just a short drive away. Within easy travelling distance you will also find the mountain treks of the Sierra Nevada, El Torcal and many of Andalucía’s spectacular National Parks.
Close to the villa on the shores of Lake Iznajar is a sandy beach from where you can Swim, Kayak, Windsurf, take a guided Boat Tour of the lake or just relax for the day.
The accommodation of ‘Casa de Ladera’ comprises of 3 double air conditioned bedrooms, 2 family bathrooms & an ensuite bathroom to the Master Bedroom. With spectacular views over Lake Iznajar and its own private balcony.
A fully equipped indoor kitchen leads through to a cosy dining room, and on to a full indoor airconditioned lounge where, you can take a break from the sun and relax. The smart TV's in both the kitchen and the lounge connects to the free Wi-Fi which is available throughout the villa.
Our well-equipped fitness room offer an opportunity to exercise using Free Weights, a Treadmill and Cross Trainer. Exercise mats and towels are provided for your comfort & convenience.
‘Casa de Ladera’ has several outdoor terraces with sun and shaded areas for your comfort and enjoyment. The Pool Deck with toilet & shower facilities has several sun loungers as does the Lower Deck, a ‘tranquil space’ where you can sit back, relax and appreciate the superb views & spectacular landscape. Making use of our Outdoor Kitchen, BBQ & Bar facilities you can dine ‘Al Fresco’ in the sunshine by day & under the stars at night.
All bed linen, bathroom & pool towels are provided for your comfort & convenience during your stay with us. The Villa staffed full time and you are welcome to bring your pets as we have our own dogs is a separate area from where you will stay.
