Parque Santiago III 191 - One Bed is a lovely ground floor apartment situated on the El Hierro block, with good pool views. The partially-covered terrace is nicely furnished with several sun loungers and a patio table and chairs. It also has a gate, making it a good choice for a family with young children. Patio doors lead back into the lounge, which is comfortably furnished with a sofa bed, 2 armchairs, and a ceiling fan to keep guests cool. There is a large mirror above the sofa bed. The flat-screen TV has English and international channels. The dining area has a wooden table and 4 chairs. The kitchen has been refurbished and consists of an oven, hob, extractor fan, kettle, microwave, and fridge. The bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside tables, and 2 bedside lights, wardrobes, a chest of drawers with a mirror above, and a ceiling fan. Patio doors lead out to the terrace. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash hand basin with mirror above, WC, and washing machine.

The owner also requires a final clean fee of 40 euros.
