Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Perfect place to wind down after a long year in the city. Laura and her partner have built a beautiful, welcoming sanctuary. If you love a morning swim, delicious home grown bananas, yoga community, massage or just sitting peacefully in a garden admiring exotic plants, you will love this place. We stayed in a tiny cabin which was super fun, like camping. The outdoor bathroom was glorious, showering under the stars.

Negative: Not much! You will need a car if staying in Lajares and would like to explore the island, although this isn't an issue as cars are not expensive to rent.
