Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Nice place. Well appointed. Nice kitchen. Great pool. 5 mins walk to beach. Good communications with owners, they provided lots of advice on where to eat, visit etc. Would like to also have a plug in a/c in the 2nd bedroom (like the 1st). The owner was very kind to let us stay and use the pool after checkout. We also locked our keys inside one day and the owner quickly responded and had someone come and open our door (so always check where keys are before closing the front door)

Negative: One snag on the night we arrived (early in the am): the keys were not in the lockbox! I had to call the owner late and got though and got the keys but it was a worrisome handover (for a time we were wondering where we would sleep that night). But the owner handled it well and took care of us.
