Apartment in a privileged and quiet residential area called Santa Cristina, located between Blanes and Lloret de Mar, 300 meters from the beautiful beaches of Santa Cristina and Treumal. The beaches are sandy with crystal-clear water, surrounded by forest, and accessible on foot.
The apartment is completely independent, with its own entrance, private pool, large terrace, and is located on the first floor of a splendid south-facing villa. Only this apartment is rented in the villa.
