Positive: The location was good, although not entirely accurate, the beach was 13 minutes walk away. There are very beautiful beaches 30 minutes away. Supermarkets are nearby and it is convenient

Negative: The villa does not have a parking space indicated in the description, you will be offered to look for a place on the driveway under the villa, and if it is busy you will have to look for a place and park on the neighbouring streets. As soon as we opened the door, the smell of cheap chemicals was so strong that on the first evening I had an allergic cough, although I am not allergic. It is difficult to ventilate in this case because there are no mosquito nets and a lot of mosquitoes. I also did not expect to see feather pillows somewhere in 2024. Especially in a place where visitors change so often and there is no way to wash them all the time. These pillows were very uncomfortable and no one could sleep at first. The location is almost in the centre of the city, but at the same time you have to listen to drunken songs under your windows, as well as noise from neighbours at night. We would wake up at least 3 times a night because someone was singing or shouting under the window. There were also issues with cleanliness.

Summary: There were advantages, but unfortunately there were more disadvantages
