We present to you the incredibly charming Villa Higo Chumbo, which is particularly suitable for two couples of friends or a family with one or two older children. The carefully renovated holiday home is surrounded by fields and woods and has an enchanting garden with countless Mediterranean trees, lavender, pines, cypresses, herbs and succulents. They create a unique, cosy and harmonious ambience and offer perfect comfort from the moment you arrive. After a simple journey from the airport, you will quickly feel at home and 100% at ease. As the saying goes: home is where your heart is. You will quickly lose your heart to this truly wonderful house. The villa has a long, 2 metre deep pool with a continuous stream of refreshing water flowing down from a small pool above. At the table tennis table in the centre of the garden you can play a few games with two or four players. The self-built sun loungers made from wooden pallets are a comfortable place for an afternoon nap or to read an exciting novel. In the barbecue area, you can enjoy a delicious barbecue every day, which everyone can eat together on the covered terrace. A small wall has been turned into a bench that perfectly matches the vintage dining table and the comfortable lounge furniture. You can enjoy your holiday according to your personal taste, either with a glass of Mallorcan wine or a refreshing cerveza. The interior design is an exciting mix of authentic Mallorcan architectural elements and modern purism. The design refurbishment has been meticulous, which explains why everything fits together so well as the building has evolved. The previously small rooms have been extended into one large room, in which the living area adjoins the chic white dining table and the open-plan kitchen. Subtle and predominantly light-coloured furniture, stone kitchen cabinets and a cosy fireplace form the focal point of the communal space. Terracotta floor tiles, exposed stone walls, wooden benches and light-coloured rooms give the building its modern character. There are often a few steps between the individual rooms. These slightly different levels emphasise the individual character of the interior. It is also very practical that both bedrooms have an adjoining bathroom. Both bedrooms are a pleasant size and have plenty of storage space. One of the bathrooms is modern and has a walk-in shower. The second bathroom is pure luxury. Here, the different levels have been utilised to place a designer bathtub at the top of the stairs. The bathroom also has a large walk-in shower and two adjoining washbasins. The bathroom has a door that leads you directly out of the house. However, it is also accessible from both bedrooms, so that both bedrooms are en suite. The interior design of this villa is also absolutely fantastic. Thanks to the heating and the fireplace, which are particularly useful in winter, the villa can be rented all year round. Ecologically, this finca is ahead of the game: all the electricity is supplied by photovoltaics (the system was newly installed in 2018). A generator is available for emergencies.
