Beautiful and super cozy! Privileged area as it is surrounded by individual houses without buildings or hotels. Super quiet area with all services. It is next to the paradise 'Cala Varques'. Ideal for spending family vacations. Privileged situation between three coves and 3 km from Porto Cristo and 10 km from Manacor, where the new Rafael Nadal Sports Center is located. There is a bus stop in the same street of the urbanization that goes to Palma de Mallorca and Manacor and you can rent a car in the same cove. In spring and autumn it is ideal for cyclists and hikers and during the summer months there is also a little train that connects with the neighboring town of Portocristo, there is also a bicycle lane and another pedestrian that reaches almost to Costa de los Pinos, about 15 km. In summer there is also a coastal line of boats that take passengers to neighboring towns.
The house has 2 double bedrooms with bathroom, with ceiling fan and toilet on the ground floor. Capacity for 4/6 people. Large living room with equipped kitchen. 27m2 terrace with porch and access to private garden of 97m2. Community area with pool. Only 20 neighbors. Parking space included. Animals are NOT accepted
