Is located between the mountain with the castle of Alicante and Postiguet beach, so you can enjoy a spectacular view of the beach and the bay of Alicante. Extremely centrally located and close to everything. Large living room with open kitchen and access to a very large enclosure terrace with sea view from all angles. Everything is good, simple and modern furnished, including everything needed in a modern kitchen. 3 large and spacious bedrooms where the key is the master suite. There are two brand new beautiful bathrooms and the whole apartment has air conditioning and heating. Just opposite the apartment you have direct access to the beach, making it easy to enjoy a swim at any time of the day and also at night, where the beach is illuminated. The apartment is located in the best and most exclusive area of Alicante, downtown and just steps away from shopping malls, entertainment, restaurants and tourist attractions in the city. Here you will have the best opportunity to enjoy a wonderful holiday close to the sea and the city, and without a lot of troublesome noise and loud. In the street there is a small playground for children and various appliances for gymnastics for young and old alike, while you can enjoy the beautiful views of the sea. Public transport and tramway within just 5 minutes walk. Take the bus to the various parts of the city, it is easy to get around everywhere in town and to other beaches in the area and to the airport.
