Located on a traditional street in the village and with spectacular views, this four-bedroom house offers guests everything they might need to enjoy the life of a Mallorcan village.
The house offers spectacular views of Alcudia Bay: Playa de Muro and Can Picafort from both the rooms and the entrance.
Access is through a corridor with a high-beamed ceiling, the interior of the house has been finished to the highest level. The owners have used only the best local materials.
The living room, with stone walls, is well-furnished and has satellite television and high-speed wifi.
It provides access to the traditional, stone-style rustic kitchen, which is fully equipped.
The four bedrooms are beautifully furnished. Three of them offer double beds and impressive en-suite bathrooms. A fourth bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has a shower bathroom.
It has an upper terrace with informal seating, an umbrella, and views of the pool and courtyard.
On the ground floor, there is a garden with a cosy pond surrounded by a solarium with grass.
The covered terrace area has an impressive wooden table, a freshwater well and sun loungers, a large barbecue and a summer kitchen, or second kitchen with beams that can accommodate up to 12 people.
