We welcome 9 guests to this superb rustic finca with private pool and tennis court, located just 500 metres away from the centre of Lloseta.
Located in a rural atmosphere but just a few steps away from the village, this is the perfect house to spend some relaxing days. The great chlorine pool, with a water depth from 1 to 1.8 metres and no less than 10 x 5 metres in size, invites you to have fun and cool down with a good dip. A beautiful lawn surrounds the pool where you can spread your towel and bask in the sun with a good reading while the family little ones play and run. In front of the house porch -which is ideal to enjoy a delicious barbecue or evening alfresco- you find a sun deck with loungers to enjoy the Mallorcan sun. You will spend great family moments playing pool or tennis. You will find the court behind the beautiful wall by the pool. Some rackets and balls are available. There also is a comfortable exterior bathroom with a shower. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.
Behind the Mallorcan stone facade you will find a true jewel with all the island character inside. The room that you find when you enter accommodates a beautiful living - dining kitchen which has been designed so that you can watch a DVD movie or in the satellite TV channels while you cook and lay the table. In order to cook your best dishes, the kitchen offers a gas top, oven, microwave, toaster and much more. This room completes its equipment with an AC unit and a fireplace, so that you can control climate. The laundry room has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the same floor you will find two bathrooms with a tub each and three bedrooms with a closet and direct access to the garden and two of them with a fan. One has two twin beds and the other two present a double bed each of them. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, both with a double bed, a closet, AC unit and an en-suite shower bathroom. If you are travelling with your baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair.
The property is placed about 500 metres away from the centre of Lloseta, an interior village which is very well known thanks to its typical cake called "Cardenal". Here, you will find a supermarket, a few grocery shops, the train station and some bars. The town of Inca is not far away and it's perfect to do the shopping, taste the Mallorcan traditional food in a restaurant or visit the street market that takes place every Thursday. The Tramuntana mountain range offers lovely routes like the one of Tossals Verds, Cúber or Biniaraix. If you don't mind to drive we recommend you visit the wonderful villages of Valldemossa, Fornalutx or Sóller. The nearest beach is in Puerto de Alcudia, an extensive beach of white sand and crystalline water about 29.5 km away.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
