Positive: Property is a good size. A large living area, with two decent bedrooms (one has en-suite shower/toilet/sink). Main bathroom has a large corner bath. Kitchen was a good size, with a table & chairs. Had a dishwasher, washing machine in an outside room, good size balcony. The location is handy for walks and it's not far from the motorway so you can zip into the city quickly enough - watch out for the speed camera as you come off the motorway for Binissalem.

Negative: Parking was a pain. It is on-street, first come, first served. You cannot reserve parking here. If you are very lucky, you may get a small space outside, but in almost two weeks we only managed to park outside three times. There is a public car park approx 5 minutes away (it's a dusty field, not tarmac, but it is free). A few things didn't work in the apartment, such as two rings on the stovetop, the oven was weak, a number of lights were faulty, the aircon controls in all the rooms were useless and there was a broken chair on the balcony. The property is not wheelchair accessible.

Summary: A really good size property, with plenty of facilities. Needs a few bits sorting. Parking a pain.
