This enchanting stone-lined cottage is located in Biniaraix, in the midst of the Tramuntana Mountains and can comfortably accommodate 6 people.In the private, 7m x 4m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.35m to 2.1m you can swim in the midst of the Tramuntana Mountains. Surrounded by a well-kept garde, it's a nice spot to bask in the sun on the six sun loungers and listen to the birds singing. If you like to cook outside, there's a BBQ. Afternoons can be spend on the 30m² terrace, maybe accompanied by a good glass of wine. This lovely cottage is fenced and there are a few neighbours. If you're seeking nature and fresh air, tranquillity and peace, this house is the right choice.This house offers accommodation on 210m² and two floors. On the ground floor there's a nicely furnished living room with fireplace and dining corner, a fully-equipped kitchen with vitro hob, washer, iron and ironing board, and a bath with bath tub and a shower. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms, all with two single beds. One of them has an en-suite shower bathroom. All bedrooms have an electric radiator, an AC unit and a wardrobe. A cot and a high chair and more electric radiators can be provided upon request.The picturesque town of Biniaraix is in the midst of the Tramuntana Mountains, declared as a World Human Heritage by Unesco. Lots of trails and cycling routes start here. The trail Tossals Verds leads you through Mediterranean woods, antic buildings and small paths. The fresh water reservoir Cúber, which is at the foot of the Puig Major, is also a very nice and popular trail. The beaches of the Tramuntana are mostly characterized by rocks and cool, clear waters, for example Cala Deià, Puerto de Valldemossa and Llucalcari. If you prefer sand beaches, you can visit Puerto de Sóller and Cala Tuent. In Sóller and Puerto de Sóller you'll find supermarkets, restaurants and shops. In Biniaraix, there's a small grocery shop. Near Sóller is the Muleta Cave where the most ancient human remains of Mallorca have been found. Pets up to 15 kg are allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. There is exterior parking for 1 car.
