Set in the heart of Mallorca's countryside in the beautiful Son Vent valley, with glorious views towards distant mountains, this 150 year old farmhouse has been reformed by our very good friends, Jaime and Maria, the ever dependable owners, to the highest standard. All the original rustic features have been retained to now offer a comfortable furnished home with modern facilities including four bedrooms with ensuite bath/shower rooms.
ACCOMMODATION
Upon entering from the pool side terrace is the living/dining room with inner archway to a quiet seating area.
The spacious lounge has Satellite TV, CD player and a doorway to the rear sun terrace, partly shaded lawns and gardens.
The modern pine fitted kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, electric oven/gas hob, granite work top and side door to the garden terrace.
Large utility room houses the freezer, ironing board, washing machine and table tennis table.
One attractive twin bedroom has en-suite shower room.
From the hall the tiled staircase leads up to the galleried landing area with side door to an upper sun terrace with glorious views across some of Mallorca's finest countryside. The master double bedroom has ladies "walk in" dressing closet and Romanesque tiled en-suite shower room.
One comfortable twin bedroom has en-suite shower room and private doorway to one of the upper sun terraces with far reaching views to distant mountains. A further double bedroom has en-suite bath/shower, with sun terrace affording magnificent views towards distant mountains.

SURROUNDINGS
Adjoining the house is an open fronted casita with brick built BBQ covered dining area with a "banquet" style solid oak table and for your added convenience there is a poolside shower room. Well maintained lawns surround the superb mozaic tiled swimming pool with roman steps, spacious sun terraces all set amidst mature colourful, lavender scented floodlit gardens.
To one corner of the garden is a further lawn (approx 100 square meters) shaded by an ancient algarobe tree, an ideal area for children to play or a shaded relaxing area.
Before your BBQ, enjoy an evening cocktail watching the sun set against distant mountains, an unforgettable sight. The unspoilt village of Cas Concos is only two minutes drive away or a ten minute stroll.

Tourist Tax.
There is currently a tourist tax that applies for all stays in holiday accommodation in Mallorca. The rate is charged per person, and is determined by the date of travel, the duration of the stay, and the age of persons at the time of their stay. The full details are as follows:
Rates: High season: from 1st of May to 31st of October. Stays up to 8 days: 2 €/person/day. Stays of 9 or more days: 2 €/person/day for the first 8 days, and 1 €/person/day for the following days. Low season: from 1st of November to 30th of April. Stays up to 8 days: 0.50 €/person/day. Stays of 9 or more days: 0.50 €/person/day for the first 8 days, and 0.25 €/person/day for the following days. Children under 16 years are not taxed. Please note that the total amount calculated above is subject to 10% VAT/IVA.
