The detached, comfortable but cozy chalet with private pool (8x 4 m) is beautifully quiet on a 1600 m2 plot just a few meters from the sea.
From the large sun terrace you have a wonderful view of the Bay of Alcudia
to the Cap Formentor with fantastic sunsets. Enjoy the sea and mountain views from the salt water pool with outdoor shower and spacious sun terrace.

From the kitchen with its serving hatch to the dining room, you quickly have everything you need on the terrace, which is equipped with a Weber gas grill and thus very cozy barbecue evenings are pre-programmed.
Two bedrooms (one with bathroom en suite) and two bathrooms provide the necessary privacy.
Our kitchen offers everything you need. Oven with gas hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Kenwood kitchen machine, Nespresso capsule coffee machine ... etc.
The cozy fireplace room invites you to linger when the evenings get cooler or
you want to watch TV on vacation. Of course we also have WiFi in the house 😉.
So everything you need, woman and child. What is still important for some, in our chalet all windows were renewed in 2017 and equipped with mosquito screens.
