Positive: Good size property, nice pool and barbecue.

Negative: The property is located in a very quiet area, there is no beach in a walking distance, not too many restaurants either. The local shops are expensive as expected, but there is a Lild located at about 15 min drive. Also, another very important point I was not aware of before booking the property - after making the payment I’ve been informed that there is a mandatory deposit payment of 300€. I’ve tried to pay by bank transfer but the owner didn’t provide the required details so we had to pay cash upon arrival. It took me about 3 weeks to recover the deposit back from the owner after many conversations/ text on WhatsApp. The bathroom definitely needs refurbishing and …. there were tiny ants all over the kitchen counter and on the stove.

Summary: Nice property if you plan to stay mostly at the pool
