Ce « hygge » que l’on éprouve emmitouflé dans une couverture quand il neige dehors, quand vous discutez entre amis autour du feu de cheminée, quand vous dégustez un bon repas en famille avec la montagne en toile de fond, Marisa et Jean-François ont voulu l’insuffler dans la rénovation complète de ce chalet de bois et de pierres du Rioumajou des années 60, en le transforment en chalet de standing avec une ligne directrice : le confort en toute simplicité.
Situé à l’entrée du village dans le quartier non-passant de l’Espeyrias, à 700m de l’hyper-centre et 100m de la navette gratuite, il bénéficie d’une vue orientée sud-ouest et dégagée surplombant la station et la vallée sur un terrain de 800 m² avec des prestations exclusives.
