On the ground floor: 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom overlooking the 10X5m pool, outdoor shower. Next to it is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, oven, hob, fridges, etc. barbacoa, large bar, table for 16/18 people and deckchairs. Lawn area to relax in the shade of palm trees. 900 m² pine forest where children love to play, table tennis. Lower down, a volleyball court where you can play pétanque. Parking for cars. The villa is located in the town of Bénissa but is closer to Moraira, district st. Jaime, quiet area in a dead end, close to shops 500 meters. Golf and tennis 400 meters with restaurant overlooking the sea. A beach 900 meters away, 10 minutes on foot, with a restaurant under the trees facing the sea. Water sports in Moraira. For walkers, there are beautiful walks in the mountains, with small typical restaurants. Moraira, a former small fishing port, is now a very pleasant small resort.
