Located 5 km from Villefranche-du-Périgord (all shops), this 65 m² semi-detached house is adjacent to a year-round rental and 50 m from the Romanesque church (bells ring every hour and half hour from 8 am to 10 pm). The raised ground floor (12 steps) comprises a living room with a kitchenette, Wi-Fi internet access, and a 108 cm TV. There are two bedrooms with duvets: one with two single beds (90 cm) and the other with two double beds (140 cm). A shower room and separate WC are also provided. Electric heating is included. A private, unfenced, shaded garden of 200 m² is located behind the house. A terrace, garden furniture, deck chairs, and a barbecue are also available. Linen and heating are included. Towels are not provided. Sheets are available for €15 per bed per change. End-of-stay cleaning is €80. Village house located in the heart of Loubéjac, on the Bastides Route, near Villefranche-du-Périgord, whose market hall hosts a large cep mushroom market during the season. In Loubéjac, festivities take place in the market square near the gîte: a local farmers' market every Thursday from 6:30 pm to 11:00 pm (early July/late August) where you can enjoy local products on-site in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. A flea market is held on the last Sunday of July. The village festival includes two evening dances (first weekend of August). Hiking trails are available on-site.
