The property is new construction with luxury qualities, with no neighbors except for us who live downstairs. It is a first floor and our little treasure, it is very flirtatious and pretty. We are looking for people who appreciate these things and who are clean, since it is not a hotel.
The house on the first floor consists of 45 m2 fully furnished, with a separate room with a double bed and a sofa, a living-dining room with a 1.40 m double sofa bed for guests, a kitchenette with an induction hob and a high-end oven, bar with microwave and cabinets, bathroom with window. Independent and new washer / dryer room, has an independent terrace of 15 m2.
It is a property for a couple, or for a couple with children. maximum 3 adults and 1 child. We are a quiet couple living downstairs and looking for quiet and polite guests. No parties, no pets, NO SMOKING ON THE WHOLE PROPERTY. After 22:00 no music is allowed and tranquility is sought.
Remember that we, my wife, my girl and I who are teachers live in a ground floor house. We speak English, French and Italian. With which we can help them in whatever they want, we are kind and helpful. We can recommend places, restaurants, visits, paradisiacal coves, etc. Torrevieja has many very beautiful places, everyone has been delighted with the house and the neighborhood.
