This holiday home has been very stylishly furnished with a lot of comfort. There are fun board games and other toys for the children. There are also two relaxation areas where everyone can find a place for themselves. The holiday home has two fully equipped kitchens and an extra veranda with a view of the swimming pool and the mountains. The interior is beautiful, cozy and tastefully decorated.
It is incredibly pleasant to be outside thanks to the large pergola and blissful outdoor bar. You can enjoy a nice drink or a delicious meal thanks to the Gas BBQ of Broil King. There are plenty of shade spots and you can always take a refreshing dip in the large private pool (12x4m, max 2m deep, with steps in the pool and lighting). The private pool is surrounded by palm trees, banana and olive trees and you can relax on the sun terrace. This terrace is also very cosy in the evening because of the romantic lighting.

The house for 8 people with pool has a quiet locations, since there is not traffic. The Supermercado with a fresh bakery, fish and meat is only 300m away . The town of Moraira is 2.5 km away so you are very close to the sea. The beach of Javea is 10min drive on the other side.
Moraira is an old Spanish fishing village that grew into a great town on the Costa Blanca, and is located between the popular towns of Calpe and Denia. Together with nearby Teulada it forms one municipality in the province of Valencia. Unlike many other coastal towns in Spain, Moraira has managed to retain its own character. On the coastline there are no high-rise buildings, but cosy bars, restaurants, a marina and a footpath that takes you along the azure blue water. It is 2.5 km from the house and you can park on a large, free parking right on the center, 200m from the sea. You will find a traditional fish market that is well visited by fish buyers, restaurateurs and tourists from all over the area.
