The wonderful ELORA duplex penthouse is located in the Baluard
residential area, also known as "Casas del Mar" for its exceptional
location and fantastic views. Ideal for small families or for two
couples organizing a trip together.
The biggest attraction of this apartment are the numerous terraces
where you can live outdoors, enjoying the views of the sea and the
surrounding natural landscape.
The house is distributed over two floors. On the first floor we find
the living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher
and washing machine. It has high designer tables for dining, as well as
a sofa bed.
From the living room we go out onto an incredible 100 m2 corner terrace
with a chill out area for sunbathing. Likewise, we have a magical
corner with an aluminum pergola to provide shade on the sunniest days.
Perfect as a summer dining room.
On this same floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed and an
en-suite bathroom with a shower, also with access to the terrace.
Going up to the upper floor we have a second terrace, also with wooden
floors, smaller size but with the same spectacular views of the sea,
the port of Vilanova i la Geltrú and the Garraf natural park.
In the attic we find another double room ideal for couples with a
double bed. From this we can access a third private terrace for
personal enjoyment.
On this same floor there is a full bathroom with a bathtub and another
room with a bunk bed.
This duplex apartment is paradise for those seeking relaxation from the
daily hustle and bustle and disconnect from the city. With green areas
for sports, hiking or cycling. This exclusive area also has 24-hour
security and best of all, it has an infinity community pool, surrounded
by pine trees and with the sea on the blue horizon.
The numerous terraces are ideal for practicing yoga in complete
serenity during sunrise and for relaxing watching the sunset in the
evenings.
There are several GR trails that can be accessed from the residential
area of Casas del Mar to practice trekking and explore the
surroundings until reaching Sitges, which is just 10 minutes away by
car .
On the other hand, less than 1km away we can enjoy the small coves of
the Garraf little frequented and perfect for sunbathing in peace and
marveling at the portraits that the landscape offers us.
A 5-min drive away we have several supermarkets in Vilanova i la Geltrú
and in the Can Pei area of Sitges, as well as a bio-agricultural
store with local products from the land in the urbanization of Rocamar.
Since having a car is advisable when traveling Stay in this apartment,
it includes two parking spaces in case you prefer not to park on the
street, where there is always space available.
