Positive: Everything you need for a longer stay. Functional kitchen. Short walk to everywhere. Nice private pool area. Practical veranda. Good beds. Hot water and good air-conditioning.

Negative: The dishes were not all clean, the fridge was not clean. The bedroom was very noisy from the busy street. We woke up multiple times every single night because of noises from the street. No nice view from windows or veranda, only another building with more than 20 other verandas looking at us.

Summary: Functional rather than cozy.
