This property is located in Castellons Vida, Moraira – a gloriously scenic spot with tranquil, far reaching views (across orange and almond groves) to Moraira and onwards to the sea - see photos. A very picturesque setting with rural views (hills, vineyards, almond and olive groves) and sea views and importantly, only minutes to sea, shops and restaurants.

Those who know the Moraira area well will already be familiar with the beautiful setting of Castellons Vida overlooking some of Moraira's orange and almond groves and onwards down to the sea. The convenient location is a major advantage i.e. magnificent scenery, peaceful location, yet close to everything and even walkable (1.5km) to shops and bars.

Moraira and its ‘Blue flag’ beaches are approximately 5 to 7 mins drive from this location. Less than 2 minutes away is the charming market town of Teulada with weekly farmers market and traditional cafes, bars, shops and restaurants. Benitachell and Benissa are also very close by (approx. 3 and 5 minutes respectively).
