The finca has several sun terraces for its guests. Fed by a sophisticated irrigation system from its own spring, the entire property is surrounded by Mediterranean gardens. The country house is located in the southeast of Mallorca, 30 minutes from Palma airport, only 3 km from the village of Campos and about 12 min from the recognized most beautiful sandy beach "Es Trenc".
The recognized beautiful weekly market in Santanyi is only 9km away. The golf course Vall d'Or is only 20km away. To the public outdoor swimming pool or to the port in Colonia St. Jordi it is only 10km.

Here you will find small bathing bays and all water sports. Around the 10km distant Felanitx are several wineries that invite you to tastings. Hike on marked trails around the famous monastery mountain Sant Salvador or to the ruins Castell de Santueri.
