This is a rural house located in Finca Hortella, on a former farming estate with more than 300 years of history. The house is adjacent to another house which used to form part of the same farm but the houses are totally independent from each other. There is a different access road and a fence separates the two properties.
The two-storey house accommodates 6 people and has three double bedrooms. It has been totally refurbished and has all the comforts of a modern house and furnishings, although preserves the traditional Majorcan character.
The ground floor comprises an attractive dining room which used to be the bedroom of the farm proprietor. There is a large fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the upper floor, which we reach by a lovely stone staircase, there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Although the bedrooms do not have air conditioning, each has an air cooling unit.
Outside there is a large swimming pool. On the adjoining terrace there is a hammock and an external kitchen area where you will enjoy stupendous views of the countryside
