Brand new apartment in central Madrid, very bright, with parking, in a quiet residential area with excellent communications. Ideal if you're coming by car, since it is outside the traffic-restricted area denominated "Madrid Central".
The Space:
The building was built recently, so everything is brand new. The first thing you see is a spacious and bright living room that has a smart TV, air conditioner, dining table and chairs and a premium sofa/bed that provides excellent comfort and rest, just like any high quality bed. The bedroom is also fairly large and is provided with lots of storage options so that you can keep your clothes and belongings easily; the neighborhood is very quiet so silence and rest during the night are guaranteed. The bathroom is as well spacious and equipped with tub, mirror, towel drier/radiator and hair drier. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking - also, basic products are provided such as olive oil, salt, coffee, sugar, etc.
The Neighborhood:
The area where the apartment is located is a very quiet residential area, perfect if you're looking for peace and rest during your stay. However, if you're looking for some fun, within a 20 minutes walk you'll find yourself at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium together with a huge variety of shops, malls, restaurants, bars, pubs and nightclubs.
Getting Around:
It is very well communicated: several bus lines stop nearby and the nearest underground station (Francos Rodríguez), is a 5 minute walk away, will take you to the city center in 20 minutes. If you come by car, you can leave it in the designated spot in the building's private car park.
Other Things to Note:
It is important to notice that there are other neighbours in the building and that this is a very quiet area so we kindly ask guests to be respectful towards them, hence parties and loud music are strictly prohibited. The apartment is fully equipped and has everything required for either long or short stays. Both the bedroom and living room have built-in wardrobes and there is air-conditioning and heating in both of them.
