Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchens.
If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.
Gema is a nicely decorated villa enjoying beautiful views towards the Calpe mountains and the Mediterranean landscape. It is located near the coast by Calpe, just 5 minute's drive to Calpe center and its famous beaches of La Fossa and Poniente, where a large variety of bars, restaurants and a supermarket can be visited by the promenade. The entire coast of Costa Blanca has become a major attraction for its amenities and its unrivalled coastline.
The villa offers parking for 4 cars, which leads to a spacious sun terrace, offering a private swimming pool with sun beds, and an outdoor dining area with BBQ, making this space a perfect place for families or groups of friends wanting to enjoy the holiday experience. Villa Gema is a two-level holiday home, the two apartments are connected only through exterior stairs. On the top floor, we enter through a hall to a fully equipped fitted kitchen with access to a small balcony, we follow to the living/dining room with Sat+TV+DVD+A/C, from where we access to a large sunny balcony with outside furniture.
We find on this level a twin bedroom with a shower room and 1 double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Exterior stairs lead up to the lower level, with a living/dining room with A/C and a kitchenette, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with a shower room and utility room for the washing machine. On this level, we find the private pool and the green artificial grass terrace surrounding the pool and the barbecue. Gema perfectly encompasses the Mediterranean touch, together with a peaceful atmosphere and a very central location.
