Summary: We had a wonderful week in this spacious home. The extensive well maintained grounds meant there was plenty of room for the 13 of us - grandparents, parents and 7 grandchildren. Our mini Olympics made use of every part of the garden, from archery to table tennis, badminton, football, and of course a swimming race in the large pool. For those less athletic there was always the shade of a tree and a chair to read a book. We ate outside on the long table every day, and in the evening there was plenty of room for us all to sit in the lounge and play games or catch up on the "real" Olympics. We explored the surrounding area - Carcassonne, a medieval festival in Mazeres, Foix, white water rafting and the underground river. Thank you Anne and Jacques for sharing your home with us.
