There is also a shared swimming pool restored from an old water reservoir, preserving the Majorcan essence. In addition, from the property there is a private path to the beach of Es Trenc (30 minutes walk or 10 minutes by car). At the end of this private road the owners have a small house called Es Refugi where you can picnic and use the bathroom and shower.

The nearest town is Campos (10 minutes by car) with stores, restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets. From Colònia de Sant Jordi (12 minutes by car) you can visit the natural park of the island of Cabrera. The airport of Palma de Mallorca is 40 minutes away by car.
