The villa is located on one of the highest points of this residential area and offers spectacular views over the bay of Pollença from the cosy terrace on the first floor. The famous sandy beaches of Alcudia, "Sant Joan" and "Sant Pere", are only 5 minutes away by car or, of course, on foot.
The property, located on a plot of 400 m², offers the ideal retreat. With approximately 130 m² of living space, the house offers four bedrooms on two floors (all with double beds) and two bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite. One of the four bedrooms and one of the bathrooms are located on the upper floor, ideal for those looking for even more privacy. This bedroom opens onto a small terrace with sofa set, from where you can enjoy fantastic views of the sea and the entire bay of Pollença.
