Villa for 10 people + 2 children with tennis court to rent in a quiet rural area just 5 km. from the small town of Cas Concos and 7 km. from Santanyi, Mallorca. An ideal location a short drive from shops, restaurants, weekly markets. The house is located 11 km. from beaches such as Cala Santanyi or 13 km. from the Natural Park of Mondragó with the beach of Cala Mondragó and S'amarador.

Main house. From the entrance there is direct access to the living room and dining area. Kitchen and laundry area. Double bedroom with exit to the outside and en suite shower room. Twin bedroom with en suite bathroom.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with a double bed (two single beds pushed together), an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi and access to a terrace with great views of the surroundings. There are two twin bedrooms, each an en-suite bathroom. One of these bedrooms also has access to the terrace.
There is a little casita near the pool with a living room with sofa-bed, a kitchen area with a fridge and a 2-ring hob and a table for meals. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
