Adosado Salzes V is a holiday home overlooking the sea and the beach in Alcudia. It is a summer house with a perfect location to enjoy and rest in a quiet area of the paradisiacal bay of Alcudia, its turquoise waters and move comfortably through the north of the island. In addition, this beautiful duplex is an ideal opportunity for families with children who want to be in beauty and beach at the same time and with many attractions for children.

We enter the property through the terrace, ideal to enjoy the best meals al fresco with its outdoor dining space, which leads us to a comfortable living-dining room space, ideal to be in company or to enjoy satellite television from the home sofa.

Inside are two floors, on the ground floor there is a bright dining room with a sofa, a table for six people, a kitchen and a terrace looking directly at the beach in Puerto de Alcudia. On the second floor there are three bedrooms with lots of light (one room with a double bed of 150 cm x 190 cm and a terrace with sea views), the second bedroom with two double beds of 90 cm x 190 cm and the third room with a bunk bed.

The property with its three double rooms has capacity for 6 people. It is allowed to put an extra bed at an additional cost.

The house is equipped with a gas oven, stove and has everything you need to prepare the best dishes. The property has two modern bathrooms with a shower and toilet.

The best thing about this location is the luxury of being right on the largest beach in Mallorca, in a quiet area. Here, too, you can enjoy the area for adult sports, restaurants, cafes, boutiques, children's play areas, swimming pools, places of interest. Banks, doctors, clinics are within walking distance. There are plenty of boardwalks to enjoy the fresh air and walk calmly. Some other small, beautiful and cozy beaches are just a few minutes away by car, approximately 5 km. from the house. There are also historical sites such as, for example, the Roman city of Pollentia, its Roman theater, the medieval city of Alcudia and its historic wall. You cannot miss the opportunity to enjoy nature in the S′Albufera and S′Albufereta natural parks and many other places to discover.

Port d′Alcudia is a small fishing port, which today has become a popular place for people who enjoy life on the beach. The promenade has won several architectural and urban planning competitions and is the perfect setting for walking with its fragrant aroma and pleasant breeze, between "llaüts", traditional fishing boats, and the modern Alcudiamar marina.

On the other hand, there you will also find the best fish restaurants, ice cream parlors and clothing stores. And in front of the beach, kilometers of fine sand that the Alcúdia bay draws with its crystalline turquoise waters. It is the most popular beach, with all kinds of services: bars, boat rentals and sailing courses and a water park.

But this beach, the longest in Mallorca (10 km), is not the only one. In the immediate vicinity you will find almost twenty: sandy, boulders, rocky, accessible only by sea. Among the intimate beaches Alcanada stands out, or the S′Illot Coll Baix. The latter is a true wonder of nature that is only accessible by boat or after a pleasant excursion between pine trees and rocks.

Precisely from Coll Baix some very interesting excursions begin for lovers of trekking and nature as you go up to Sa Talaia, an old defensive watchtower at the highest point of the municipality. From above we see two bays, the Serra, Alcúdia, the Pla de Mallorca and when the day is clear, the coast of Menorca.

But if there is an essential appointment for nature lovers, it is S′Albufereta and S′Albufera: two of the largest wetlands, of relevant ecological value, in the Balearic Islands, with important plant and animal species.

Also very close to the house is the old town of Alcúdia, whose name combines the Arab and Roman footprint. Located near the Serra de Tramuntana, Alcúdia has its back to rural Mallorca, at the foot of the waters of two bays: the north of Pollença and east of Alcúdia. Alcúdia is located in the center of this area of contrasts, between the Serra stone wall and the sandy coves of the Alcudia bay, between the north wind, the sea and the interior.

Alcúdia treasures an important historical legacy and the essence of Mediterranean life, where everything happens slowly, where everything is savored and enjoyed. A row of orange trees mark the route of the main streets, Carrer del Moll and Calle Mayor. These streets are home to small jewelry stores, shoe stores, clothing stores, bars, restaurants, many of these establishments housed in large houses built centuries ago, in small and quiet squares. Alcúdia is one of those places where it is worth getting lost in its streets to discover a charming new place on every corner, a new sensation.

Every Tuesday and Sunday morning, the rhythm of the city accelerates with the market. Farmers, merchants, artisans and artists color the town and the hustle and bustle of the people around feel inside and outside the medieval wall.

The Aucanada Golf Course is also just 4 kilometers away from the property. It is one of the most outstanding golf courses in Mallorca with 18 holes and spectacular views.
