Summary: The room was hot and stuffy during the first night. Did not have control of central air. After speaking with the cleaning lady, she advised to speak with the front desk and ask to turn off the air to open the window to air out during the day then at night was better. The room was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. One drawback is the location that is far from centre Madrid and had to rely on public transportation. The reason why we made reservations was because of the shuttle to the airport and it turned out to the we had to pay a fee for each us and the extra luggage. Next time will stay closer to centre Madrid.
