The exterior of the house is ideal for enjoying and relaxing with friends or family. The chlorine pool measuring 5m x 10m and a depth ranging from 1m to 2.10m is perfect for cooling off after a day exploring the nearby city of Seville. The terrace is perfect for enjoying the tranquility of the area while preparing a delicious barbecue with your companions. The property is located in an urbanization and has close neighbors.
The cozy interior, all on one floor, offers two areas with different styles, but with all the necessary comforts for your stay. First, you'll find the traditional-style dining room equipped with AC and Smart TV. The adjacent kitchen features a ceramic hob and all the utensils needed for comfortable cooking. From the kitchen area, but also from the outside, you can access the more modern part of the house, where you'll find another room also with TV, and the bedrooms, which are 4: the first one with a double bed, bunk bed, and trundle bed; the second one with a double bed; the third one with a double bed and bunk bed; and the last one with a bunk bed for three people. All rooms have radiators and a wardrobe. Three bathrooms with showers, one of them outdoor, complete the accommodation. There's a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, and if you're traveling with your baby, we can provide a crib and a high chair.
Pajanosa is located in the municipality of Guillena and has all the services such as tourist office, supermarkets, restaurants and local stores. Seville is only 30 minutes away by car, and we recommend that you let yourself get lost in its cobbled streets and visit places like the Church of Santa Ana, the Triana Market or the cathedral. Nor can you leave without tasting its fabulous cuisine and tapas.
