All kitchen and bathroom facilities are new and fully equipped. The house has high ceilings with wooden beams, air conditioning and ceiling fans, heating and fireplace. The house is part of an estate built in 1850, recently renovated and has a large paved terrace / solarium for private use, a large garden, a solarium area and a large pool of 11 * 6 m shared with th emain house of the estate.
The garden offers a large number of activities that will delight the youngest ones: zip line, slackline, football goal, basketball hoop, bikes, fish pond, chickens, etc.
