Villa Mar, Puerto del Carmen is located in a highly sought after up market complex less than 150m from the strip/sea/shops/restaurants. The villa has free Wifi throughout and a 43" flat screen smart TV with a TV box which has all the popular UK & Irish channels...BBC 1 & 2, UTV, Channel 4, RTE 1 & 2, TV3 etc. and hundreds more including all the Sky Sports channels....for Premier League matches, Sky Movies and thousands of the latest box sets and films. The villa commands an enviable position within a highly sought after and prestigious complex as the property is not overlooked by any other, yet has gorgeous direct views of the heated swimming pools and tropical gardens from both of the villa's large sunny terraces. Due to their east and west orientation our spacious terraces are sun traps as they share the sun throughout the day from early morning to late evening. Both terraces have comfortable sun loungers and shaded dining areas to take full advantage of the sun whether sunbathing in private, dining or having a relaxing drink outdoors. All the properties are privately owned hence there is never a problem with availability of sun loungers, noise or poor standards often associated with tourist accommodation.... as the complex is a haven of tranquillity both day and night. The villa is ideally suited to couples and families who like a quiet and restful holiday in a quiet and restful beautiful complex. Strictly no hens, stags or large groups of young people allowed. As the villa is bungalow style with no steps or stairs and has very spacious terraces it is suitable for all.........including guests with restricted mobility or wheelchair users......its user friendliness further enhanced with the addition of grab rails and extra large showers in the both en suites.
The villa has recently been upgraded to a very high standard but still retains a comfortable and cosy 'home from home' feel......and is stocked with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Regular and repeat guests can contact me on my direct email or phone number.
Villa Mar is rented on a week to week basis with a Thursday only changeover day. Arrivals or departures on other days can be facilitated but any unused days before or after our Thursday changeover day cannot be discounted as our rates are competitively priced weekly rates, unused days in any booking cannot be re let by us. CHECK IN TIME FROM 3PM - CHECK OUT BY 11AM for same day changeover.
Villa Mar is a fully registered and insured holiday home which holds a VV License. We have an on site Management Company who look after all our guest requirements 24/7.
Our rental rates are fully inclusive. The taxes shown is the the 7% IGIC charged by the Canarian Government on all legalised holiday home rentals.
