The property is situated in the Las Coloradas area of Playa Blanca which is next to the unspoilt Papagayo beaches. There is a shopping area less than 5 minutes walk away with a supermarket, a great Tapas restaurants, cafe/snack bars, a children's playground, bike hire & other shops. The upmarket Marina Rubicon is a 25 minute stroll away along the seaside promenade, where you will find many more shops, bars and restaurants including Casa Carlos which is great for steaks. Just past the Marina Rubicon is the popular Dorada Beach offering lots of water-sports. Playa Blanca town is approx 1.5 miles from the villa and has many shops and restaurants. A taxi ride there costs about 5 euros or there is a regular bus service.
