I have decorated it for you! My apartment is recently renovated, it is located in a quiet and residential area, very close to the financial center of the city and a few minutes from the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, it is spacious and very cosy. It has two double bedrooms, a comfortable living room with a dining area, a modern, well-equipped kitchen and 1 full bathroom. My home is not affected by the restrictions proposed by the new regulations in Madrid. We are sure that at home you will spend moments that you will always remember.
Distribution and equipment
Located in one of the nerve centers of the capital, with excellent communications to and from any part of the city. Next to Paseo de la Castellana, the Santiago Bernabéu stadium and in the heart of Madrid's gastronomic area, is this elegant and spacious apartment.
The house has two rooms decorated in bright colors so that each awakening is a morning rainbow. Each room has 1.50m double beds, prepared with fresh white linen. Don't worry about space, the built-in wardrobes and safes give you enough space for a comfortable stay.
Between mustard, blue and white tones, I have decorated the dining room with sunflowers, in this you will find a comfortable sofa that, upon request, can also be extended as a bed. I assure you that after a day of walking through the wonderful streets of Madrid, you can get to the house, lie down on it and enjoy reading or watching television.
The dining room has a table with capacity for four people. The kitchen is small but very functional, with all the necessary elements to cook during the stay (dishwasher, microwave, hob, refrigerator, extractor hood, kitchen utensils). I assure you that you will feel at home when you are here!
It has a bathroom with a shower tray. We provide you with fluffy white towels!
We open our doors until 23h at night with prior notice, but after 19h we need to apply additional charges. Please review and read the house rules.
The apartment is professionally cleaned prior to your stay.
