Located in picturesque Cala d'Or old town, the Villa has terrace views of the sea and mountains and is just three minutes walk to two beautiful beaches with soft sand and crystal clear blue water. Both beaches are Blue Flag, life guard supervised and have café/restaurant. A short path in front of the Villa leads directly to the rocks for viewing, swimming or fishing.
A five - ten minute stroll takes you to Cala d'Or town centre and up-market Marina with their wide choice of bars, restaurants, shops and activities.

Sophisticated lighting automatically illuminates the garden and swimming pool terrace at dusk and there are lights in the swimming pool, hot-tub and fountains. Stroll through the subtly lit gardens on a hot sultry evening with a glass of wine in hand!
Night time swimming in the warm illuminated pool is a delight!

MAIN HOUSE BEDROOMS AND PENTHOUSE SUITE
The Main House has four twin/double bedrooms on the first floor, each with balcony/terrace – one with en-suite bathroom (bath and separate shower enclosure) and the others each with en-suite shower room.
The top floor Penthouse Suite, with sea view terraces, features a super-king sized bed, changing area, luxury bathroom (bath and separate shower enclosure) and living area with TV and Sonos sound system.
There is a lift as well as stairs to all floors in the Main House.
Three of the bedrooms and the Penthouse Suite can accommodate an extra bed or cot (or both in two of the bedrooms). Bed linen and towels are provided. There is a hairdryer in each bedroom.

MAIN HOUSE GROUND FLOOR
A large ground floor living area links to the kitchen and dining room and out to various covered and uncovered terraces with quality outdoor furniture.
The Main House kitchen is fully fitted with breakfast bar, full height fridge, built in cooking (with extractor), dishwasher and coffee machine. A second full height fridge/freezer with chilled pure drinking water and ice maker removes the need to buy bottled water or ice.
A utility room has a built-in washing machine and separate dryer with sink and marble worktops. Ironing facilities, kettle, toaster and a wealth of cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware are provided. There is a safe.
All areas of the Main House/Penthouse Suite are air conditioned with individual temperature controls in all rooms.
To keep kids amused there is a PlayStation (Pro 4K) in the Main House lounge linked to 65” TV and surround sound speakers set in the ceiling.

APARTMENTS
Apartment 1 (ground floor, joined to Main House) is larger than the other two and has a separate double bedroom, living space, dining space, fully fitted kitchen and shower room/toilet. It also has its own covered garden terrace with outside furniture. The dining area in this Apartment can be converted into an extra sleeping area (up to three single beds or two singles plus cot), making it ideal for a family within the larger group.

The other two Apartments are studio style with living space, double bed, fully fitted kitchen and shower room/toilet. One is ground floor and adjoins the Main House, the other is first floor with sea view balcony and ideal for those seeking their own quieter corner. Both studio Apartments have a double sofa bed (in addition to the double bed) to accommodate up to four guests in each. Both can also accommodate a cot.

All three Apartments have their own entrance, are fully air conditioned and have a pure drinking water system (no need to buy bottled water). Each has TV/DVD/Netflix/Sonos sound system, safe and fully fitted kitchen including: built-in cooking with extractor, fridge, dishwasher and Miele coffee machine. Bed linen, towels, hair dryer, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware are provided in each Apartment.

"TIKI BAR"
The beautiful poolside areas are complimented by the "Tiki Bar" which becomes the centre of activity. It features bar stools, a built-in BBQ (with chimney fan to remove smoke), 65" TV, (SKY/BT Sport/Netflix/Amazon Prime/DVD), Sonos sound system with switchable outside speakers, pure drinking water system, full height drinks fridge, under counter breakfast fridge, dishwasher, Miele coffee machine, sink, marble worktops and toilet with wash basin.
The Tiki Bar has a full set of high quality plastic plates, cups and wine goblets for safe use around the swimming pool and hot-tub.
A large under-cover dining table adjacent to the Tiki Bar provides enough space for all guests to dine together.

GARDENS
The gardens are immaculately maintained with stone pathways, many specimen plants, dozens of pots and features a boules/petanque sand pitch and lawn with badminton net. For quieter moments, there are shady areas with seating and fountains. A Bali style gazebo with mattress and cushions is perfect for a snooze or to read.
For extra shade there are large, electrically operated awnings and sun parasols around the swimming pool area.
An outside shower is useful for washing off sand when returning from the beach.
An electric sliding gate provides secure parking whilst a separate pedestrian gate provides access to and from the garden.

YOUNG FAMILIES
The accommodation is very flexible and beds/cots can be moved around so that each family within the larger group can have their own space. The Villa has four high chairs, four cots, potties, plastic changing mats, child toilet seat, outside plastic stools, table and plates/cutlery/cups for young kids.
