This beautiful spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with private pool, air con in all the bedrooms, wi-fi, games room with pool table as well as table tennis table outside, BBQ and al fresco dining has everything to keep any family happy. Including heated pool if required.
The villa is situated just outside the popular coastal resort of Moraira and just a few minutes from the Ifach golf course, so ideal for a golfing family or a family who want to be close to the beach, which is just 5 minutes by car.
The villa is very spacious it consists of 4 double bedrooms, 2 with en suite bathrooms and 2 further bathrooms one for each of the other bedrooms set out over 2 floors, the lower floor a mirror image of the upper floor.
On entering the villa there is a beautiful open plan living / dining room with kitchen.
The living room is light and spacious with comfortable seating, there is a 50 inch flat screen TV along with dvd player. There is an Amazon fire stick provided to allow guests to enjoy TV in their chosen language. Free fast wi-fi is provided too.
There is an elegant dining area along with patio doors leading to an upper terrace with further easy seating over looking the pool and the garden.
The kitchen is well equipped including oven, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher. It is light and modern and has all you would need. There is a utility room next to the kitchen complete with washing machine and ironing facilities.
On this floor there is a spacious master bedroom over looking the pool and garden area. It has a super king size bed (6 foot) ample storage, air conditioning and is very spacious. There is a modern en suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, vanity unit and wc. All of which is very modern and fresh.
On the same floor there is a further double bedroom again with a view of the pool, air conditioning and ample storage. Both rooms are light and modern.
This bedroom also benefits from its own shower room across the hall, it is modern and has a shower cubicle, sink and w.c.
Taking the elegant staircase to the lower floor, this is a mirror image of the upper floor.
Again there is a spacious double room with air conditioning, ample storage and looking out to the pool area. This bedroom benefits from a further en suite with large walk in shower, sink and w.c. It is all very modern and stylish.
There is a twin room on this floor again with air conditioning, storage and looking to out to the pool. Across the hall from this twin room there is a further family bathroom with shower cubicle , sink and w.c.
Most windows benefit from rejas (ornate metal bars), fly screens and shutters.
There is a further spacious games room complete with ceiling fans, again with seating and a further flat screen TV, with dvd player. Here you will find a pool table for your enjoyment, along with a fridge for the all important cold drink.
Leaving by the patio doors is a further dining terrace under cover, there is a further stylish dining area under a beautiful gazebo so perfect for al fresco dining out of the sunshine. A gas BBQ is provided and the is lot so terracing.
The garden is spacious with mature shrubs and trees and artificial grass surrounds the private swimming pool which can be lit at night. The pool can also be heated (on request, extra costs).
8 Sun loungers, pool towels are provided for your use.
The villa is spacious and homely, but stylish and comfortable too. It is perfect for 2 families of 4 to holiday together but each family can have their own floor for sleeping, therefore offering a little privacy to each.
The villa is perfectly maintained and cleaned to the highest standard folloing covid guidelines using anti bacterial cleaners.
