his wonderful property is located on the north of this beautiful island, into a magnificient park named Son Parc, surrounded by pine forest and it extends on a plot of 1,582 m².
Villa Son offers a breathtaking outdoor with a well equipped private pool, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it can accomodate up to 11 people in the best comfort and privacy.
As you approach the property you will soon be welcomed by its large and well maintained garden, all furnished with outdoor furniture such as dining table with chairs, various sitting areas, as well as BBQ and much more in order to enjoy the outdoor areas in the warmest days.
The swimming pool (9mx4m) is surrounded by sunbathing terrace and is directly in front of a covered porch.
