Summary: The staff was a bit unfriendly when we arrived, not a big issue but would be nice to be greeted with a smile. The vending machine charged us for an extra bottle of coke that we didn’t have and tried to tell the reception but didn’t really wanna know. The rooms were okay but if you stay in the room right next to the lifts it can be very noisy. The location was good not too far from the airport and the Movistar arena.
