Location, location, location! This modern two bedroom apartment is in the Plaza de España, the heart of Nerja, next to the town hall and next to the famous Balcón de Europa.
It has access to the rooftop pool with stunning views over the town and coast and is right next to a host of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and stores.
The apartment is cozy, fully-equiped, 85 m² and has capacity for 4 people. It has a modern open plan kitchen with granite worktops and stainless steel appliances, dining room and living room with two large French windows opening onto the large terrace overlooking Plaza Espana.
There is a large double bedroom with access to the terrace and en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and another bedroom with two single beds also with access to the terrace. There is a second bathroom with shower.
Facilities include an elevator, fully equipped kitchen with oven / hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer, washing machine, hair dryer, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, electric blinds, air conditioning in all rooms and underfloor heating. The apartment also has an assigned parking space in the secure subway parking accessed by the elevator. The communal rooftop pool is round, with a diameter of 5 meters and depths of 1.0 to 1.2 meters. It is surrounded by a large solarium and is open all year round. There are 2 sun loungers up there which are for the exclusive use of this apartment.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays longer than 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. Nerja has a great public transport network - or you can rent a car to discover the area at your own pace.
