After a nice day on the beach, unwind on the spacious terrace while reading a good book or sunbathing on one of the four loungers. If you like cooking, you will be able to prepare tasty meat and vegetables on the barbecue or a pizza baked in a wood-burning oven. Because of the pine trees, the terrace is a shady place. Kids may enjoy the swings while adults refresh having an exterior shower. The plot is fenced and there are next door neighbours. This one storey house is decorated in a simple and cozy way. The living room with sofa, DVD-player and a TV with satellite channels adjoins the dining area, fitted with a dining table and 6 seats. The kitchen offers a basic equipment, including some cooking utensils and a gas stove. You'll find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms with wardrobe. The first bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed. The second bedroom comes with a double bed. The third is fitted with two twin beds. And the last one, with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom, is accessible only from outside the house. There is a second shower bathroom that completes the main house. A cot and a high chair are available upon request.The quiet urbanization Son Serra de Marina is in the North of Mallorca. The natural beach is a mix of rocks, sand and pebbles and it is only 400 meters away. At the same time, the marina is quite close to this beach. At the end of the village, there's another nice natural sand beach and a restaurant. More services, supermarkets and leisure activities can be found in Can Picafort, 10 minutes driving. Son Serra de Marina is the right place for relax seekers, to enjoy nature and hike. Small pets up to 10 kg are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden. Conditions
There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
