Summary: A lovely looking hotel, very average service, our visit in September meant the pool area was 90% in the shade all day. When using the drinks QR code to look at the menu (the only way you can view it and only available from 11am - 5pm) it asked me to verify a credit card, but then didn’t accept online payments? That night at 2am a payment was tried which my card issuer flagged as a scam.. Resulting in my card being cancelled and re sent meaning I couldn’t use it for the duration of my stay. The room below and next to us had a massive hen party with girls shouting until 5am!! Nothing seemed to be done about it by hotel staff.
