Positive: The place was very clean and comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was fully automated. The bathroom and room were also very tidy and well maintained.

Negative: Instructions: The check-in instructions were not easy to understand. Instead of sending just a website link, it would be much better to include the full instructions directly in the email. Noise: There was a lot of noise, making it hard to sleep. The sound from equipment and plumbing (like when other rooms used the bathroom) was very loud and difficult to ignore. Check-in experience: Because the instructions were unclear, many new guests made noise while trying to check in. One guest had trouble checking in, and I called support to help. The team told me not to open the door and just give the support number, which made me feel unsafe. I recommend making the check-in process simpler and installing cameras in shared areas for better safety. There is no view ;)

Summary: I'll not book this in the next time!
